EPIC Health System LLC is seeking a bold Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to join our Detroit Metro team, on-site in Detroit, MI. This role supports expansion across Metro Detroit with a focus on high-quality patient care.

We value 2–5 years in primary care and pediatrics, MI PA or FNP licensure, and a Master’s degree. You’ll collaborate with physicians, supervise staff, and deliver comprehensive care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MI PA or FNP licensure required.
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Own patient care: examine patients, take health histories, and evaluate condition for diagnoses and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians to prescribe therapy and coordinate care.
• Lead diagnostic efforts: administer and interpret tests (x-rays, EKGs, labs).
• Provide holistic care: counsel on health regimens, growth, development, and prevention.
• Perform procedures: injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations.
• Supervise and coordinate: manage technicians and assistants to ensure smooth operations.

Location: On-site in Detroit, MI (Due to expansion, you may be considered for any of our locations across the Metro Detroit area, including Detroit, Hamtramck, Ferndale, Southfield, Royal Oak, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, and others. Most of our locations are within a 15– 20 minute drive from our HQ in Southfield. Work Schedule:

• During training: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
• After training: Option to transition to a 4-day, 10-hour schedule

What You’ll Do:

• Own patient care: Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their physical condition to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
• Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, EKGs, lab work) to get to the heart of the issue.
• Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventative care.
• Perform procedures: Deliver essential care with procedures like injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations, all aimed at getting patients back to doing what they do best.
• Supervise and coordinate: Lead the charge with technicians and assistants, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred).
• MI PA or FNP licensure (required).
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• A deep understanding of patient care, a desire to keep learning, and a commitment to unfiltered compassion.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt on the fly while keeping patient outcomes front and center.
