Job summary

Epic Health System LLC in Eastpointe, MI is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/FNP) to join a fast-paced, patient-centered multi-specialty team. You will own patient care, gather histories, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans alongside physicians.

You’ll lead diagnostic efforts, provide holistic care, supervise staff, and help coordinate care across multiple Metro Detroit locations while expanding access to care for diverse communities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred).
• MI PA or FNP licensure (required).
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong patient-care focus and compassion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own patient care: examine patients, gather health histories, and diagnose.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Lead diagnostic efforts with tests and interpretations.
• Provide holistic care and patient education.
• Perform procedures and wound care as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate with staff and technicians.
