HonorHealth Heart & Lung Surgery in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join their Thoracic Surgery team. This role offers inpatient and outpatient responsibilities along with operating room duties.

HonorHealth Heart & Lung Surgery | Phoenix & Scottsdale, Arizona

HonorHealth Heart & Lung Surgery is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing Thoracic Surgery team.

Join a collaborative team of three fellowship‑trained thoracic surgeons and three experienced APPs, with the addition of a fourth APP to support continued program growth. This role offers a diverse mix of inpatient care, outpatient clinic, and operating room responsibilities, providing excellent mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of 3 Thoracic Surgeons and 3 APPs
• Opportunity for new graduates or experienced APPs
• Mix of inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic, and first assist in the OR
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule with approximately one weekend call per month
• Primary location: John C. Lincoln Medical Center
• Secondary location: Scottsdale Shea Medical Center
• Work alongside both Thoracic Surgery and Interventional Pulmonology teams
• Epic EMR
