Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Georgia is seeking a medical Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to partner with a supervising physician in Hamilton Physician Group. You will take histories, perform exams, diagnose, and treat patients, ordering tests as needed and prescribing medications accordingly.

You will provide patient education and collaborate with the care team to ensure high‑quality outcomes, in a mission‑driven health system serving the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Licensed PA or APRN in Georgia; BLS/CPR required.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and perform examinations.
• Diagnose and treat patients; order and interpret labs/imaging.
• Prescribe medications and other therapies as indicated.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with supervising physician.
