Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality asynchronous care, maintaining a >90% 4-5 star patient satisfaction rating
• Manage at least 20 asynchronous cases daily while upholding clinical standards
• Build strong patient relationships, with >80% engagement over 6 months
• Master our platforms and workflows within 4 weeks of onboarding
• Contribute ideas for care protocol or operational improvements quarterly
• Communicate effectively in writing, demonstrating sound clinical judgment
• Collaborate with humility and a team-first mindset
• Innovate and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Support async-first care delivery to redefine primary care accessibility

Candidate requirements

• Licensed in TX (additional states a plus)
• 3+ years primary care experience (family/internal medicine)
• Experience in telemedicine
• Availability for clinical hours: 9am - 5pm CT, Monday - Friday
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to primary care
• Efficient multitasker, tech-savvy, collaborative, and mission-driven

Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 base salary plus equity, depending on experience and location.
