Shriners Children’s St. Louis is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team on a full‑time basis. This provider will manage pediatric orthopedic patients independently in an exclusively clinic‑based setting, providing pre, post, and non‑operative outpatient care for a wide range of conditions, including fractures, scoliosis, sports injuries, neuromuscular conditions, and developmental delays.
Responsibilities include performing casting, splinting, and fracture care procedures, as well as collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. This position entails a 1.0FTE commitment with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. and no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. The annual salary range for the position is $92,375.20 to $146,556.80, with the final starting salary determined based on the candidate’s years of relevant experience, qualifications, and internal departmental equity considerations.
