Job summary

Gastro Health in Acton, MA seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a private GI practice. You will deliver high-quality GI care and coordinate individualized treatment plans under physician supervision, thriving in a model that supports clinical autonomy and career growth.

Under an established team of gastroenterologists, APPs participate in inpatient/outpatient consults and follow-ups with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts.
• National certification as NP or PA with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum of 1 year APP experience.
• GI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of gastroenterologists and APPs.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care under physician supervision.
• Manage approximately 16 patient encounters per day.
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care.

About The Opportunity

Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our private practice team in Acton, Massachusetts. Our APPs play an active part in delivering high-quality GI care by coordinating individualized treatment plans under physician supervision and engaging in clinical responsibilities that help drive high-quality, patient-centered care. We welcome APPs who want to grow their expertise in gastroenterology within a practice model that values clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and long-term career growth. As part of a nationally recognized team, our APPs benefit from dedicated physician leadership, strong clinical collaboration, and a supportive operational structure. We offer robust onboarding, GI-specific training resources, and a clinical framework designed to help APPs thrive.

• Work collaboratively with a team of 8 gastroenterologists, 3 APPs, and support staff
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Average 16 patient encounters per day
• Inpatient/Outpatient consults and follow-ups
