Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team at Madison Community Health Center. This position is responsible for providing safe, accurate, and clinically competent care to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate must possess a great work ethic, sound clinical judgment, be a team player, and demonstrate compassion for others as well as commitment, integrity, and excellence in their daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Experience in Emergency Care or Urgent Care setting preferred
• Certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Credentialing Center or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
• North Carolina license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (active and unrestricted)
• Controlled Substance Registration without restrictions from the Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA certificate”)
• BLS/ACLS/PALS required

Monday through Friday hours, no weekends.

The selected candidate must met CHC’s employment eligibility requirements, including but not limited to, successfully completing pre-employment drug testing and criminal background screening.
