RPO Physician Partners – The Office of Dr. Stacey Jones in Houston, TX seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive outpatient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The NP/PA will conduct exams, order diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, chronic disease management, and continuous education within Texas state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from NP/PA program.
• Current and valid state NP/PA licensure.
• National board certification (AANP/ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and make clinical decisions based on findings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage patient therapies per guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes in the EMR system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous care delivery improvements.
• Stay updated on best practices, protocols, and guidelines through continuing education.
