Position: Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - GU - The James

Department: James | Inpatient Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant

Position Summary: The APP provides healthcare services to patients in collaboration with a licensed physician, focusing on preventive health and management of acute or stable chronic conditions. Responsibilities include delivering authorized medical services, patient education, health promotion, and referrals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in Ohio OR
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program eligible for national certification recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing OR
• Masters Degree in Nursing

OR

• Graduate of a PA-C program eligible for certification by NCCPA OR
• Eligibility for Ohio licensure as a PA-C

Preferred Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
