As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Grove, OK, you'll provide focused care in nursing facilities helping reduce readmissions and improve recovery while enjoying autonomy, a predictable schedule, and strong team support.

This is an onsite position serving one or more skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in the Grove, OK area.

Flexible Schedule: Part-Time/RVU-Based, 1-2 days/week; no call, no weekends

What You'll Do
