Eden Capital Careers is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers independent patient panels, strong physician collaboration, and a focus on work‑life balance.

Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology is required, with Vermont licensure or the ability to obtain it. Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, relocation, and loan assistance are available.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required for NP track or PA program completed for PA track.
Active Vermont licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
Clinical experience in urology or surgical specialty preferred.
ACLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC as applicable per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Provide patient education and counseling.
Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Job Type: Full time. Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Location: Rutland, Vermont

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice within a respected 144-bed community hospital. This role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and an excellent work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

For Nurse Practitioners:

For All Candidates:

Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology required
Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain)
Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable)
Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines
Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team‑based model
