Job summary

GI Alliance in Cary, NC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver scheduled patient services in a clinic setting under physician supervision. The role is strictly clinic-based with no hospital duty.

You will complete histories and examinations, determine tentative diagnoses, and order appropriate labs, while counseling patients and families on health and disease. Ongoing credentialing, continuing education, and a flexible schedule support clinical operations.

Qualifications

• State-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.

Job Description

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting. They will only work in the clinic setting. No hospital duty.
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
