Unio Health Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to support APC patients in a collaborative oncology setting. The role involves comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment planning, and coordination with Medical/Radiation Oncology teams.
You will work on-site in San Diego, reviewing cases, educating patients, and ensuring high-quality care under physician supervision. BLS and state licensure are required; 2–5 years of mid-level experience is preferred.

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant provides comprehensive patient care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Under the direction of a collaborating physician, this role works alongside other members of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and scope of practice.
