Carolina Heart Specialists in Lancaster, SC, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team. The role offers a full-time, outpatient position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call duties.

You will work with seven cardiologists and skilled staff to evaluate and manage diverse cardiovascular conditions, develop treatment plans, and educate patients within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• 2+ years of direct cardiology experience preferred.
• Active South Carolina license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative cardiology team.

Responsibilities

Carolina Heart Specialists is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team in Lancaster, South Carolina.

This is a full-time, outpatient cardiology position offering a Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities. You’ll join a collaborative team of seven cardiologists and experienced clinical staff in a practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

The Role

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work alongside our cardiologists in the evaluation and ongoing management of patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and managing established and new cardiology patients

• Developing and coordinating treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
