Job summary

Carolina Cardiology Associates in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiovascular team in outpatient care.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call requirements. You will work with a board-certified cardiology team and other APPs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care across a broad spectrum of conditions.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Two or more years of cardiovascular APP experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in the outpatient setting.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists.
• Manage medications and provide patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and referring providers.
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Carolina Cardiology Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiovascular team in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

This is a full-time outpatient cardiology opportunity offering a Monday–Friday schedule with no call responsibilities. Providers work alongside a collaborative team of board-certified cardiologists and experienced APPs while caring for patients across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease.
