Job summary

DAP Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient-centered care under the direction of physicians in the Coachella Valley and San Diego County clinics. The role is on-site, mission-driven, and focuses on high-quality care in a dynamic team.

Applicants must hold a CA PA or NP license with a CA DEA, and a Master’s degree. A new hire bonus is offered; involvement in quality initiatives and on-call coverage are part of duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program.
• CA PA or NP licensure and DEA registration.
• Experience working in non-profit health care or clinics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under physician supervision.
• Order and interpret labs and medications.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement.
• Work on-call coverage and collaborate with health center team.
• Adhere to infection control and confidentiality policies.
