As part of this growth, we are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our physician‑led, multidisciplinary neurology team.

The Advanced Practice Provider will play a key role in our outpatient neurology practice, supporting comprehensive neurological care within a physician‑led, team‑based model. This position emphasizes longitudinal management, follow‑up care, patient education, and care coordination in support of high‑value, patient‑centered neurological services.
The APP will function as an integrated member of the Neurosciences Service Line, collaborating with supervising neurologists, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary partners to improve access, continuity, and outcomes for patients with neurological disease.
