Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, seeks an Inpatient NP/PA to join our Neurology Specialists team. Enjoy autonomy in a collaborative, physician-led setting with work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no nights or weekend calls.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with hands-on clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neurology coverage with a manageable patient load (approximately 10–12 patients per day).
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with call during scheduled hours only (no nights, no weekend calls).
• Collaborate within a supportive, physician-led Neurology Specialists team using Epic EHR.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $107,785.60 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
