The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers high-quality, patient-centered healthcare within the scope of licensure and clinical privileges. Working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members, the APP assesses, diagnoses, treats, and manages patients across the continuum of care. Responsibilities include obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications as authorized, providing patient education, and promoting preventive care. The APP is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care while supporting organizational goals related to quality, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
