Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Hospitalist team at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. This full-time position involves 10-12 hour day shifts with every 3rd weekend and 2 holidays a year. Ideal candidates should possess a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree and be licensed in Indiana.
