HOSPITAL MEDICINCE: Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Hourly Pay Range

$59.78 - $83.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Division of Hospital Medicine
• Location: NorthShore Hospital Evanston and Swedish, Chicago, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time roles
• Hours: Mostly days- may have some night coverage.
• Required Travel: n/a
• Hourly Pay Range: Full time: $58.76 - $80.86 USD Hourly - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

What you will need:

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Certification: BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required
• Experience : Prior APN/PA experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease.
• Provide patient education to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
