WellSpan Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider – Heart Failure in Lebanon, PA. The role focuses on adult cardiology with emphasis on heart failure management, diagnosis, medication management, and patient education.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), no on-call burden, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive cardiology team in Lebanon, PA.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required for NP or Bachelor's in PA with NP/PA scope.
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant preferred.
• 1 year of work experience required.
• Licenses: CRNP or PA required upon hire; BLS/ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• M-F 8 AM – 5 PM schedule with no call.
• Rotating outpatient/inpatient schedule for variety and skill development.
• Provide comprehensive care for heart failure patients including diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and patient education.
• Serve as a primary contact for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.

Location:Lebanon, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Champion:

• M-F 8 AM – 5 PM schedule. No call responsibility
• Rotating outpatient/inpatient schedule for variety and skill development
• Adult-only cardiology patients with a focus on heart failure management
• Provide comprehensive care for heart failure patients including diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and patient education
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
