Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:
* Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Gastroenterology
* Location:Highland Park, Skokie, Evanston, Glenbrook
* Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
* Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
* IF APPLICATBLE- No Weekends, No Evenings, No Call
* Required Travel: Yes

What you will need:
* License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
* Education:Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
* Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
* Experience:Prior APN/PA experience preferred

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
* Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
* Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
* Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
