Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C) to join our Gastroenterology team. The role spans inpatient and outpatient GI care across multiple sites, including Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago and a Joliet location.

You will work with gastroenterologists, participate in procedures, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.
• 1+ year of Gastroenterology or inpatient medicine experience.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• EMR proficiency, with Epic experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide GI care with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and staff.
• Perform initial assessments, follow-ups, inpatient consults, and outpatient visits.
• Assist with GI procedures and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with attending gastroenterologists to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
