Job summary

A leading urgent care provider in Trumbull, Connecticut is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver optimal patient care. The APP will conduct thorough patient assessments, formulate diagnoses, and provide emergency measures when needed. This position requires licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and board certification. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including flexible scheduling and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and families.
• Professional appearance and attitude required.
• Board certified with 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active licensure in the state of practice and DEA number needed.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed health histories and develop medical assessments.
• Formulate diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Institute emergency measures and interpret patient data.
• Provide health care instructions to patients and families.
• Complete other assigned duties as required.
