Job summary

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Greene Family Medicine, located in Ruckersville, just outside of Charlottesville, VA.

The role offers a busy rural practice with an established patient base, collaborative team, and regular weekday schedule. Expect 16-18 patients per day, with a 12-week call rotation and occasional weekends/holidays. Strong benefits and retirement are provided in a market-competitive package.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
