**Full-time, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7AM - 7PM**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.

+ Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

+ Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).

+ Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.

+ Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.

+ BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

+ Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Masters degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
