MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of a MASTERS LEVEL Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

• Licensed as a Physician Assistant OR currently licensed as an APRN in the state of MN and current MN RN license
• Current APP certification as Physician Assistant OR current APRN Specialty Certification
