Exceed Medical seeks a Critical Care Advanced Practitioner Provider (NP/PA) to deliver advanced, comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU. The APP will work both independently and with a multidisciplinary team, applying evidence-based practice and procedural skills.
Board-certified NP or PA with AG-ACNP/ACNP or PA credentials, BLS and ACLS are required. A minimum of one year in critical care is preferred, and you will join a forward-thinking team focused on excellence in patient

The Critical Care Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) is a board-certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who provides advanced, comprehensive care to critically ill and medically complex patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Working both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the APP utilizes critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and procedural expertise to deliver high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex medical conditions in a fast-paced environment.
