Job summary

Baptist Primary Care, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida (Roosevelt) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver women's and men's health, pediatric care, acute and chronic patient management, physician-patient follow-ups, and hospital follow-ups with a focus on preventive care.

Proficiency with Epic EMR is required. The role offers a no-call schedule, 16–20 patients per day, approximately 40 patient-facing hours each week, and CME opportunities to support ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of working experience in Family Practice.
• Certified and licensed APRN.

Responsibilities

• Care for women’s and men’s health, pediatrics, and acute/chronic patients.
• Perform follow-ups and wellness exams.
• Coordinate hospital follow-ups as needed.
