Qualifications

  • IL Advanced Practice Provider Licensure (APRN/PA) required.
  • BLS/CPR certification mandatory.
  • Prior APP experience preferred.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) - Urology - Medical Group
  • Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Required Travel: Occasional travel to Evanston and Highland Park Hospital will be required.

What you will need:

  • License:IL Advanced Practice Provider Licensure (APRN/PA), IL Controlled Substance license and FederalDEA required
  • Education:Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
  • Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience:Prior APP experience preferred

What you will do:

  • Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
  • Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
  • Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
  • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
