Job summary

SSM Health in Fond du Lac is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) for a PRN/Fill-In role. The team operates Mon–Fri 7:30am–7:30pm and Sat–Sun 8am–4pm, offering a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.

The role requires licensure in Wisconsin, active DEA, and experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine, including pediatric and adult patient care and fracture/laceration management.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant License.
• Unrestricted Active Wisconsin DEA.
• Experience as a Physician Assistant in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to children and adults with minor to complex medical problems.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute conditions and injuries.
• Perform laceration repairs and acute fracture care as needed.

SSM Health in Fond du Lac Express Clinic is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) for a PRN/Fill-In role to join our busy team of providers. The department is open Monday through Friday 730am - 730pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm.

Minimum Requirements

• Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant License.
• Unrestricted Active Wisconsin DEA.
• Prior experience practicing as a Physician Assistant in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• The candidate for this position should be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults with minor to complex medical problems as well as be experienced in laceration repair and acute fracture care (splinting).
