SSM Health is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians for urgent care openings in Fond du Lac, Madison, and Janesville, Wisconsin. Positions include full-time and part-time options with competitive compensation, sign-on and relocation assistance.

Eligible candidates include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, and Emergency Medicine physicians who completed an ACGME-accredited residency and are eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
