Job summary

Woodside Health and Wellness in Zachary, LA is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our outpatient Primary Care office, serving adult patients. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with weekends closed.

Requirements include board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, active Louisiana license, and proven Family Medicine experience. No new grads. A full benefits package is provided.

Full Time or Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position in Zachary, LA.

We are looking to bring on a Full Time or Part Time NP or PA to join our Primary Care Office located in Zachary, Louisiana!

We are a well established Outpatient Primary Care Practice that specializes in treating Adults patients.

Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!

We offer flexibility with our schedule!

Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Our Compensation is: $50 - $60 per hour + Full Benefit Package.
