Job summary

SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, seeks a Critical Care Advanced Practitioner (Acute Care Physician Assistant) to provide nocturnist coverage in a 16-bed CCU at our new facility.

The role focuses on admissions, consults, and post-operative care, with two patient admissions per night. Procedural experience with central and arterial lines and intubation is highly desirable, and on-the-job training will be provided with a collaborating physician.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program.
• PA must have experience post education.
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Illinois.
• Team player and collaborative.

Opportunity:
