The APP is responsible for setting and upholding high standards of care quality and service excellence. Through consultation and collaboration with the Medical Director, the APP provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient health needs.The APP utilizes independent clinical judgment, professional communication, and collaborative teamwork to deliver high‐quality care across the continuum. The role encompasses clinical leadership, patient education, partnership with staff, and ongoing contributions to quality improvement and clinical research.
