The C.S. Mott Childrens Hospital is hiring an Advanced Practice Professional to become part of the Partners for Children-Little Heroes League program.
The Partners for Children-Little Heroes League program provides home, hospital/clinic, and community-based services for children with chronic complex medical conditions who receive specialty and hospital-based care at C.S. Mott Childrens Hospital. The APP will perform assessments, symptom management, and care management visits in the patient's home, join specialty clinic appointments, and complete virtual visits.
NOTE: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the credentialing and privileging process.

Full Time Salary range: $135,855 - $208,763 / year
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Hours/Week: 30 Hours/Week
Shift/Hours/Days: 0.75 FTE, day shift
APPs will take call. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the United Physician Assistants of Michigan Medicine, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
