Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors patients' health status and response to treatments.
• Prescribes medications and dosages; handles adverse reactions and emergencies.

• Safeguards medical records per laws and directives.
• Audits patient charts for standards of care and compliance.
• Collaborates with consulting physician on plan of care.
• Participates in staff orientation and acts as a preceptor for students.
• Leads patient treatment teams when needed.
