Qualifications

• Active Florida NP license required to practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments including history and physical exams; collaborate with physicians to plan care.
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management of acute and chronic diseases.
• Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with physicians, staff, partners across service lines.
• Participate in data collection for research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to continuing education for staff and maintain up-to-date scope of practice knowledge.
• Communicate effectively within the Palliative Care Team and with external stakeholders.
