Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a locum tenens assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, with a potential extension based on performance and need.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Washington license and WA DEA, board certification, and be able to see up to 18 patients daily in a high-volume ambulatory care setting. BLS/ACLS and on-site credentialing support are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must have minimum 2 years of NP experience.
• Must have a clean medical malpractice history.
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated.
• Active Washington State license and WA State DEA.
• Board Certification for FNP.
• Maintain required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a locum tenens assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

• Provide full-time outpatient ambulatory care services in a Community Health Center setting (Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, 40 hrs/week)
• See up to 18 patients per day in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Care for a diverse patient population spanning newborns to geriatrics, with emphasis on pediatric experience
• Deliver family medicine services including walk-in/acute care and chronic disease management
• Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
• Manage same-day walk-in patients as needed
• Serve a community health population including migrants and refugees, utilizing on-site interpretive services as needed
• Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatrician
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for all clinical documentation
• Be prepared to begin direct patient care by day 3 following a one-week on-site orientation and ramp-up period
• Maintain active Washington State license and active Washington State DEA
• Maintain current Board Certification
• Obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) as determined during credentialing
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience (for NP positions)
• Must have a clean background with no malpractice history
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
