Job summary

You will manage patient care under physician supervision, focus on health promotion and preventive care, and coordinate treatment plans in a Primary Health Home model. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA/NP program, Arkansas license, DEA registration, BLS/ACLS, and proficiency with EMR and Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
• Arkansas license to practice medicine.
• Prescriptive authority with DEA registration.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care in collaboration with a licensed physician.
• Develop and follow patient care plans with preventive health focus.
• Order/interpret labs and imaging; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records with timely documentation.
