Job summary

You will perform annual exams, manage diverse patient needs from newborns to elders, and conduct telemedicine visits, with independent procedures such as wart removal and pap smears where applicable.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s or Doctorate in nursing with state licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Active Wisconsin NP or PA licensure and board certification.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual physical exams and health maintenance for family medicine patients.
• Care for acute and chronic needs across all ages.
• Perform telemedicine visits and routine procedures independently.
