ChristianaCare’s Thrive Practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and at least 3 years in primary care, with Delaware licensure and APRN/PA-C certification. The role emphasizes care coordination, teach-back education, and quality/population health initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Adult, Adult-Gerontology, or Family Medicine) or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or complex care management.
• Current Delaware licensure and board certification as APRN or PA-C.

Annual Compensation Range $112,765.00 - $147,511.00

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
