• Implements treatment plans including pharmacologic therapy per guidelines.
• Educates clients and families about conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
• Provides leadership, precepts, and education to staff and residents.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
• Maintains accurate medical records and supports continuous care.
