prolificacademicltd is seeking advanced Polish speakers to train and evaluate AI models from home. This fully remote, project-based role is open to participants in the United States, with eligibility centered on residing in New York for the initial screening.

You will complete paid AI training tasks, judge model outputs for accuracy and fluency, and supply structured feedback to help researchers refine model behavior on Polish-language tasks.

Qualifications

• Verifiable, advanced fluency in Polish.
• Willingness to take a skills verification test before joining the participant pool.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on complex linguistic work.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid AI training assignments involving reading, analyzing, editing, and producing Polish-language content.
• Judge how AI models respond to Polish prompts and rate outputs for accuracy, fluency, and quality.
• Supply structured feedback to help research teams refine model behaviour on Polish-language tasks.
• Work in focused sessions of up to one hour per task.
• Handle earnings reporting as a self-employed contributor.
