Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking an experienced advanced piano instructor to teach private lessons at Melody Academy of Music in Fremont, with optional locations in Cupertino and Palo Alto. In-person instruction is required.

Pay ranges from $45-$50 per hour for private lessons, with a base rate of $50 per hour for group classes. A 401(k) with employer matching and health benefits are included for part- and full-time staff after probation, and punctuality and reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in piano performance or pedagogy
• Experience teaching young musicians
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to pass a routine background check
• Experience with Certificate of Merit/ABRSM preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach private piano lessons at Fremont location
• May teach at Cupertino or Palo Alto locations
