Job summary

Menorah Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to work under RN guidance, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will observe patient changes, assist with ADLs, and provide advanced care including venipuncture, telemetry monitoring, and device removal, while supporting lab collection and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• 1 year of experience required

Responsibilities

• Observe patients, document changes, and communicate with the nursing team
• Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safely
• Provide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and wound care
• Assist with collecting lab samples and clerical duties to support care operations
• Anticipate patient needs and respond quickly to ensure a seamless, compassionate experience

Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be an important part of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a safe, welcoming environment where patients and families feel valued and respected.

• Provide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and care for wounds
• Assist with supporting tasks like collecting lab samples and assisting with clerical duties to keep care running smoothly
• Look ahead to what patients might need, respond quickly, and help ensure every experience feels seamless and compassionate

What qualifications you will need:
