Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a motivated Equipment Technician in Boise, Idaho. This role involves monitoring and improving equipment performance while working with the operations team, equipment engineers, and vendors. Key responsibilities include evaluating and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, and performing preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent, knowledge of AC/DC circuits, and standard PC skills. The position comes with diverse benefits including medical plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits including fundamentals of electricity and electronic components.
• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving at an algebraic level.
• Standard PC skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical or mechanical evaluation to resolve problems.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and rebuild equipment.

Skills
