Home Genius Exteriors in Detroit, MI is seeking ambitious sales closers for a full-time W-2 position. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver in-home presentations, with 90% of the work done for you before you ever meet the customer.

You’ll train rapidly in a mentorship-driven, team-first environment, with uncapped commissions and weekly pay. The role offers fast growth into leadership as the market expands in Detroit.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
